Chandler Riggs

Chandler Riggs is an American actor. He was born on June 27th, 1999. Chandler is well known for his role on AMC’s The Walking Dead (2010-2018). He played the role of Carl Grimes, son of Rick Grimes. He was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia.

Riggs makes his own electronic music under the name of Eclipse. He’s performed on several Walker Stalker cruises and is also on Soundcloud.

He is a big fan of pop music, rock, and dubstep. Some of his favorite artists are Dedmau5 and Foo Fighters. He also is a big fan of video games and even has a YouTube channel where he used to post videos of him playing.

It appears that Riggs is most likely an Independent voter or tends to lean more liberal. He didn’t publicly support either candidate in the 2016 election and even joked about Kanye West having good chances in 2020 if he ran for president.

Multiple sources claim that he is a Christian but we weren’t able to confirm this. He did grow up in the south where religion is fairly prominent so this might make sense.

Who is he dating?

Presently Chandler isn’t seeing anyone. He’s entering college and seems to be focusing on school and his musical career.

In 2015 Chandler began dating Brianna Maphis, a social media influencer. They were often seen posting pictures together on Instagram and Twitter. However, the couple called it quits shortly before the end of 2017. There were rumors that Brianna fell for someone else.

Before Chandler’s relationship with Brianna, he dated fellow actress Hana Hayes.

Random Facts

Once a year he organizes a meeting for his fans. This is one way he stays connected with them. His favorite movie is The Mist (2007). Since he started filming the first season of The Walking Dead at the age of 10, Chandler missed quite a bit of school. Eventually he went back to public school in 2013, and finished 9th grade in 2014. He finished high school in June 2017.

As of 2018 Chandler is living in Los Angeles, continuing his acting career, and taking part-time classes to continue his education (1).
