    Jeff Goldblum – His Politics

    He is a Democrat.

In the run-up to the 2016 United States presidential election, Goldblum wasn’t a fan of then-candidate Donald Trump: “I hope he finds his niche in some kind of entertainment salesman bombast corner of the culture and stays away from anything in the leadership position. I hope with all my heart.”

Goldblum eventually voiced his support for Bernie Sanders and also for Hillary Clinton and her run for the presidency:

When Clinton lost the campaign to Trump, Goldblum waxed philosophically about his thoughts:

“In the course of this, I was so excited about a woman being President, I went and looked at that movie Norma Rae again. It’s about a woman who finds her power. You know the music that comes at the beginning and the end of that movie, I’m going to sing a little snippet of it: ‘It goes and it goes how the river flows / And time it rolls right on / And maybe what’s good gets a little bit better / And maybe what’s bad gets gone.’ I like that.” (2)
