Katherine Heigl

Katherine Heigl is an American actress, former fashion model, and current film producer. She is famously known for her roles in Grey’s Anatomy (2005-) and State of Affairs (2014-2015). Katherine has been a profound actor and taken a lead role in the movies The Nut Job, 27 Dresses, Life as we Know It, and many others. She was born in Washington, DC on November 24th, 1978. Her mother was a personnel manager and her father an accountant. Katherine is the last born in a family of four siblings. Her family moved to New Canaan, a small town in Connecticut, where she spent the better part of her upbringing.

Kathrine’s parents hail from different religious backgrounds, her father was a Catholic while her mother was a Lutheran. However the parents later converted to the Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Church, also known as the Mormon church. This was where Katherine grew her faith.
