Kyle Chandler is an American actor. He was born on September 17th, 1975 in Buffalo, New York. His background includes ties to German, English and Irish ancestry. His early life was spent in a small town with about 4,500 people. Chandler could only afford to watch old movies or go out in the backyard of their farm and perform different roles as a young boy. Kyle Chandler graduated from George Walton Academy in 1983. During high school, he was a member of the state championship football team of 1979. When he was 14 years old, he left the team when his father died of heart attack. He is mostly known for his roles in Friday Night Lights and Bloodline.
Chandler believes in a God and a higher power but isn’t religious. This would make him Agnostic. He might be Christian or Catholic but he has never mentioned anything outside of his belief in a higher power.
Kyle thinks of politics being in its “own world”. He’s not one to talk about politics and choose to keep that part private about him.
Kyle Chandler likes watching, swimming and going out with his family to different countries. He also enjoys playing football and watching it, and was quite the high school athlete.
He has been married to Kathryn Chandler since 1995. Together they have two children.
He is a strong believer in the power of your mind. He believes everything is attainable with the right mindset. This is probably how he was able to become a successful actor. When he was younger his Dad suffered a heart attack. This eventually led him to quitting football and taking theater classes.
