    Leonardo DiCaprio is an American actor. He became famous after his role as Jack in Titanic (1997). For some of his more recent roles, he is known for Inception (2010),  The Wolf of Wall Street (2013), and The Revenant  (2015). Leo has a total of almost 200 nominations and awards and almost 90 wins. This includes his first Oscar for The Revenant (2015). DiCaprio’s battle with getting an Oscar has been a point of interest for many, as he had previously been nominated four times but never one. It wasn’t until 2016 until he finally won.

    DiCaprio is a non-religious Catholic. “Death freaks me out. I don’t know about an afterlife. I’m not religious, you know. I’m not an atheist, but I’ve never had a religion.” Also, he’s also considered converting to Judaism and has also visited a few Buddhist temples.

    Leonardo’s hobbies include pool, basketball and video games. It seems like the PlayStation is his favorite. Interestingly enough, he also is interested in collecting action figures, and he has quite the collection. It seems like Star Wars is one of his favorites.

    Interestingly enough, he got his name when his mother was pregnant with him. She was looking at artwork by Leonardo da Vinci when she felt the baby kicking. Because of this she decided to name him after the artist.
