Lil Uzi Vert or Symere Woods is a young hip-hop artist slowing gaining notoriety. He comes from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is better known as Lil Uzi Vert. He became a break out hit with his debut single Money Longer. Currently he has a recording contract with Generation Now and Atlantic Records. His third and four mixtapes, Luv is Rage and Liz Uzi Vert Vs. The World have been very well popular as well. He has frequently been mentioned as one of the names to watch in this genre.

Who is he dating?

He had been together with the New York artisan Brittany Byrd for a very long time but the couple broke up on June 25th, 2016. He posted his breakup on twitter and then an hours later released his single, Stole Your Luv, in which he talks about the break up. The song is the story of his emotions after Brittany allegedly cheated on him.

Interesting Facts

He became a very big fan of Marilyn Manson when he was a teenager. He also appreciated the efforts of his high school friend William Aston for making him venture into rapping. Lil Uzi Vert decided to approach Aston after learning his freestyle and then was finally encouraged to do it he himself.

When asked about his motivation for getting into rapping, he has said explicitly that it was only money. Later he has said money has become less important in his music.
