Odell Beckham Jr.

Odell Beckham Jr. is an American NFL wide receiver for the New York Giants. He was born on November 5th, 1992 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Beckham attended LSU and started his first year in the 2012 BCS Championship for the Tigers. Odell won the Paul Hornung award in 2013 and entered the 2014 NFL Draft instead of finishing his last year at LSU. The New York Giants picked Beckham as the 12th overall pick and he went on to win the 2014 Offensive Rookie of the Year despite missing the first four games of the season.

Beckham is a Christian and when asked about his parent’s role in his success he answered, “I’m beyond blessed. I thank God for what he’s done for me, two athletic parents being able to [guide me]. Growing up [with] them being athletes made me more competitive. Knowing I had so much to live up to growing up made me want it that much more.”

Beckham had a viral video where he was making fun of Donald Trump. It’s safe to say he is either middle of the road or liberal. Kellyanne Conway tweeted in favor of Sam Crowley’s post which ripped OBJ. The tweet said, “Odell Beckham Jr. Hillary Clinton. Neither Showed up in Wisconsin.” The Giants lost to the Green Bay Packers in Wisconsin and Hillary lost Wisconsin in the primaries during the 2016 Presidential Campaign. Beckham has to be anti Trump Administration.

He likes Lady and the Tramp and anything by Martin Lawrence. He loves eating his dad’s chicken casserole with his family. Odell also enjoys watching Lebron James and truly admires him. His childhood idol was David Beckham and his pregame Ipod list has Drake on it because his music is motivational to Odell.

Odell was dating recycled trophy wife,  Amber Rose but recently was spotted with Instagram model, Poly Ferfeli at the Coachella Festival.

In 2016, Beckham became the fastest NFL player to reach 4,000 career receiving yards as well as 200 career receptions. He attended Isidore Newman High School and joined Cooper Manning as one of two players to have over 1,000 receiving yards in a season with 1,010 yards. As a junior at LSU, Odell played with Jarvis Landry (Green Bay Packers) and they became known as the best pair of wide receivers in college football. He was chosen for the US National (Soccer) Team tryouts at 14 but chose football instead. His father roomed with Shaquille O’Neal and Odell considers Shaq an uncle.
