    Pierce Brosnan is an Irish actor, producer, and activist. He is well known for playing James Bond in the Bond’s series. He has been in four Bond films including GoldenEye, Tomorrow Never Dies, Die Another Day, and The World is Not Enough. Some of his other work includes roles in Mrs. Doubtfire and The Fourth Protocol.  Pierce left school at the age of 16 and decided to start painting commercially. This led him to giving various acts like fire breathing a try, where he was noticed by a circus agent. This led him to enrolling in acting at the Drama Centre London.

    When he was younger he was really tall. At the age of 11 he was a whopping six feet tall and even became a victim to bullies. Pierce admits he has a big fear of being trapped and is very claustrophobic. He had some hard times filming certain scenes that were in dark and closed off spaces. In 2004 he became an American citizen but still kept his Irish citizenship.
