Clinton (Clint) Eastwood Jr. is an American actor, producer, and film director. He first rose to international fame with his role as the Man with No Name in Sergio Leone’s Dollars trilogy of spaghetti Westerns in the 60s. Then he starred as a cop in the five Dirty Harry films throughout the 70s to 1980. These roles, among others, have made Eastwood an enduring cultural icon for the male persona until even today. Clint Eastwood won Academy Awards for Best Director and Best Picture, as well as receiving nominations for Best Actor.
