John Cena

John Cena is a professional wrestler and actor. He is best known for his success in the WWE. He debuted in the WWE in 2002 as a generic character, and became an arrogant and edgy rapper in 2003 as part of his WWE persona. He is considered the face of the WWE and their most valuable asset.

John Cena Religion

John rarely speaks about his religion, but listed himself as Catholic on his old MySpace page. Cena was also featured in a Wiz Khalifa song, “All Day”,  saying “Y’all bout to find God, make you an instant preacher”. So it seems like he holds some religious beliefs and is open about sharing them.

It’s pretty safe to say he’s Republican. He has endorsed Republican candidates for office in the past, such as Linda McMahon. He has also advocated for the deportation of Barack Obama’s aunt, who was accused of being an illegal immigrant. However, he does not support Donald Trump’s anti-Muslim rhetoric and finds it offensive. So he appears to be more on the side of a moderate Republican.

John Cena Hobbies

The wrestler has been featured in a few rap mixtapes and albums, and recorded his own entrance music. His most listened to album is “You Can’t See Me”, referencing his WWE entrance in which he mocks the opponent by acting as if he can’t be seen. Additionally, Cena is very active in the Make-A-Wish foundation, visiting dying children to encourage them. He owns the record for most wishes granted.

Who is he dating?

John married Elizabeth Huberdeau in 2009, but divorced her in 2012. Since August 2012, he has been dating WWE Diva Nikki Bella.

Random Facts

John is from the Boston area and therefore supports many Boston teams, including the Red Sox and Bruins. He also watches anime and his favourite is Fist of the North Star. He collects muscle cars as well, owning over 20. He also speaks Mandarin Chinese.
